Tour Itinerary and Details
Day 1 - Delhi – Manali (538 kms./ 12-13 Hrs.)
First arrive at Delhi Railway Station or Airport and just near the New Delhi railway station you will Meet & Greet with our executive & then get ready to transfer to Manali which is 538 km. away from Delhi and takes about 12-13 hours to reach to Manali. En-route we take a halt for dinner. After check-in at Manali hotel, you will directly head toward your rooms for some rest and sound sleep.
Day 2 - Manali
After some healthy breakfast we will head towards Solang valley. Here you can indulge in activities like ropeway, quad biking & paragliding. On way back hotel, pay a visit to Vashisht temple. Also, take a dip in the famous natural hot spring. Later, get back to the hotel. The rest of the evening is free for you to explore the city of Manali. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 - Manali – Jispa (138 Kms. / 4-5 Hrs.)
Post hearty breakfast at hotel, start your journey towards Jispa. Enjoy the picturesque beauty of the environs while pass through Rohtang Pass, Gulaba, and Marhi and Koksar. After taking a halt for lunch stop at Jispa directly, where you will be done for the day. After check in to the camp at Jispa enjoy evening tea with snacks. You are free in the evening to enjoy the beauty of the place. This will be followed by dinner and overnight stay in camp.
Day 4 - Jispa – Leh (335 Kms. / 9-10 Hrs.)
After breakfast proceed to Leh city and arrive by evening. The changing landscape will keep you away from monotony and boredom. On the way we will take halts for some of the most mesmerizing views. Arrive to the Ladakh region by evening. On arrival check-in at the listed hotel house. If time and your energy permits stroll around the town and markets. Followed by dinner and overnight stay in hotel in Leh.
Day 5 - Leh
Day 6 - Leh – Nubra Valley (160 Kms. / 5-6 Hrs.)
Post breakfast proceed to experience the enchanting beauty of Leh. Visit Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa, which gives a panaoromic view of surrounding snow capped mountains. Situated at a distance of about 5 km drive able road from the Leh city or one can reach here by climbing 500 steps . In the evening shop some traditional, authentic items at Leh Market like shoes to clothes and woolen wear as well as jewelry. Also, carpets, shawls, and souvenirs are available here. The Tibetan Refugee Market is also set up here which sells locks with unique carvings, artifacts, and souvenirs. The market also sells sonorous bowls prepared by a combination of nine metals like cymbals, decorative brass and copper trumpets. After enjoying the local market return back to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
After early breakfast, proceed to the Nubra Valley. On the way, halt at South Pullu for some snacks. Later, continue with to Khardung La, one of the highest mountain passes in the world. From the pass, one can expect stunning views of Indus valley and the seemingly endless peaks and ridges of the Zanskar range, and the giants of the Saser massif to the north. Nubra Valley is situated in the north of Ladakh between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas.
Later proceed to pay a visit to the Diskit monastery and then Hunder. Between Hunder and Diskit you come across sand dunes besides the road. Seen in isolation you could well be amongst the sand dunes of the Thar Desert in Rajasthan. It is indeed a strange sight since immediately on the left of the road is Rocky Mountains that characterize the Ladakhi landscape and in the distance can be seen snow-capped mountains. Making your visit all the more special are the double-hump Bactrian camel. Take a ride (At own cost) and enjoy the views. Check in to your camp and freshen up. Interact with fellow tourists while enjoying your meal at the camp. Overnight stay in the tents.
Day 7 - Nubra Valley – Pangong lake (274 Kms. / 7-8 Hrs.)
Morning wake up to some of the most breath taking view and enjoy your breakfast at the hotel. Later, begin your drive alongside of the River Shyok to arrive to the Pangong Lake. This famous blue brackish lake of Pangong is 5/6 kms wide and over 133 Kms long with half of its running the other side of the "Indo China Border". One rarely feels so close to nature and environment and the scenery is unforgettable. After the success of 3 Idiots, this beautiful natural location has attracted more tourists from all over the world. Upon arrival, we check-in at our Camp near Pangong lake. Overnight stay at the Camp.
Day 8 - Pangong lake – Leh (223 Kms. / 5-6 Hrs.)
After a morning of leisure and relaxation exploring the beauty of Pangong Lake, hit the road to Leh post breakfast. On the road enjoy the amazing sights and stop for snack at numerous pictorial locales. Stop at Chang la, one of the highest mountain passes in India and among the highest in the world. Here, you can spend some time in the café. On your way to Leh, visit Hemis Gompa, Thiksey Monastery, Rancho School & Shey Palace. Drive further to Leh and check in to hotel at Leh for overnight stay.
Day 9 - Leh – Jispa (335 Kms. / 9-10Hrs.)
After some sweet dreams and great memories of Leh we move on towards Jispa after breakfast at hotel. The village of Jispa offers numerous sightseeing opportunities for the tourists. Here you are completely surrounded by picturesque views of the mist-covered mountains and clouds, both of which make the village look like a brilliantly painted portrait. What better thing to do here than soak in the dreamy scenery encompassing you. Enjoy a pleasant walk by the river. This will be followed by dinner and overnight stay in camp.
Day 10 - Jispa – Manali (138 Kms. / 4-5 Hrs.)
Spending one of the best night at Jispa camp, wake up with some beautiful chirping of birds. Enjoy your breakfast at leisure and leave for Manali. After reaching Manali, check-in and enjoy the local sightseeing and local market. This will be followed by dinner and overnight stay.
Day 11 - Manali - Delhi Departure ((538 kms./ 12-13 Hrs.)
After early breakfast, Check-out from Hotel by 7 am and begin your road journey towards Delhi from where you can take a train/flight to go to your Hometown wherever you hails from. Holiday Concludes with beautiful Memories.
